HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Bright Cobalt Pharma Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
