HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wren Inspection Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 281 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
