HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

Redstone Mill Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Wichita, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We reward reliability. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
