HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

Stonegate Granite Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Wichita. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
