HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Rowan Health and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
