HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

Cedar Sparrow Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Wichita. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
