HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Nest Staffing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
