HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Ivory Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Virginia Beach, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
