HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Bright Community Partners Group is a Virginia Beach charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
