HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Virginia Beach, VA)

Rivermark Yarrow Civic Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
