HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Virginia Beach, VA)

Amberfield Cobalt Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Virginia Beach producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
