HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Bridge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Virginia Beach. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 550 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
