HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Summit Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
