HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Virginia Beach, VA)

Westbrook Haven Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
