HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Umber Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Tulsa, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
