HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tulsa, OK)

Nova Hollow Freight Group is a Tulsa logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 408 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
