HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Orchard Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Tulsa with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
