HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Oak Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
