HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tulsa, OK)

Lumen Civic Services supports public agencies in Tulsa with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
