HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Clear Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
