HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tulsa, OK)

Silverline Sable Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Tulsa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
