HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Sable Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Tulsa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
