HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tulsa, OK)

Nova Rowan Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
