HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Summit Auto Group is a Tulsa company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
