HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Iron Property Management looks after rental homes across the Tulsa area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
