HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Beacon Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Tulsa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
