HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Keystone Environmental Services Associates is an environmental-services company in Tulsa with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
