HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Ridge Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
