Rivermark Juniper Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
