HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tucson, AZ)

Westbrook Forge Environmental Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 785 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
