HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Ivory Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Tucson, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
