HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak Vale Housing manages affordable housing communities across Tucson, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
