HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood West Care Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
