HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Sparrow Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
