HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Toledo, OH)

Bright Pine Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Toledo region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
