HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Forge Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
