HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Meridian Foods Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
