HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Rowan Banking Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
