HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Toledo, OH)

Foxglove Quill Banking Services is a regional lender in Toledo with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
