Amberfield Maple Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
