HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Timber Community Partners is a nonprofit in Toledo supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
