HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Ember Staffing Group places workers with employers around Toledo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
