HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Toledo, OH)

Redstone Harbor Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Toledo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
