Bright Orchard Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
