HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Toledo, OH)

Northwind Basin Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Toledo design routes and schedules, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
