HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Toledo, OH)

Harborlight Rook Learning Group is an education provider in Toledo serving students and families. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
