HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Toledo, OH)

Northwind West Freight Group is a Toledo logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
