HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Meridian Inspection Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
