HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Beacon Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
