HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

Lumen Birch Care Services Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
